Once the search is confirmed, you receive the CVs of suitable candidates within six weeks. We schedule the interviews, evaluate them with you and then arrange a trial session. When the connection is right, you offer the employment contract, and we are happy to help draw it up. After the start we evaluate after one week, three weeks, six months and ten months.
