The benefits of finding a Nanny through TFA

Nannies who work through TFA are carefully screened, have a sound educational background in child development and hold a relevant diploma. They have extensive experience working with children and create a safe and familiar environment in which children grow up. This allows children to develop at their own pace and level. We believe it is important that our Nannies have the opportunity to develop themselves. Following our masterclasses means they offer a high quality service from day one. We also continue to coach and support our Nannies wherever needed. Our Nannies generally live in their own homes and work around 30 to 40 hours for a family. We work with Dutch Nannies, as well as Nannies who speak a second language alongside Dutch. We can also match suitable candidates with expats or parents of multiple nationalities who are raising their children bilingually or multilingually.

Our Nannies have the following qualities:

  • Discreet and reliable
  • A passion for working with growing children
  • Flexible and available at any moment
  • A strong sense of responsibility
  • Creative and open minded
  • Proactive and always one step ahead
  • Presentable, with good manners
  • A role model for the children and an ambassador for the family
  • Resilient under pressure and always positive
