Nanny or Family Assistant in Ibiza and Marbella
For many families, Spain is a second home. They spend the summer in Ibiza, the winter in Marbella or a large part of the year in either. Life in the sun feels relaxed, but with children, guests, a house far from home and a business that keeps running, there is still a great deal to organise. The Family Assistant already matches Nannies and Family Assistants in Ibiza and Marbella. For us, no question or location is too much.

A familiar face, wherever you stay
If you spend long periods abroad, you do not want to hand your children over to a new babysitter every time. Some families look for someone who travels with them, others prefer a dedicated person on location who knows the house and its rhythm. During the intake meeting we take the time to understand what your year looks like: where you stay and when, who comes along and which support fits. We discuss the practical arrangements carefully with you beforehand.
A Nanny for summers of sun and sea
Long days on the beach, by the pool or on the boat call for someone who keeps a close eye on the children. A Nanny through TFA provides a safe and stable environment, protects regular sleep and meal times and plans activities that support their development. That way the children stay balanced, even when the holiday rhythm is different from home. Our Nannies hold a childcare related diploma and a first aid certificate for children and babies.

A Family Assistant who gets the house ready
A home in Ibiza or Marbella needs to be ready before the family lands. A Family Assistant makes sure supplies are stocked, arranges maintenance of the property and coordinates other staff. She books flights, restaurants and activities, organises birthdays and dinners for guests and keeps the family diary up to date, so work and private life continue to fit together. If one of the parents runs a business, she can also support with administrative and organisational tasks.
Calm and discretion
In places where many well known families spend their holidays, privacy is never a detail. Discretion is one of our three core values. We treat all information with the highest degree of confidentiality, and our Nannies and Family Assistants are trained to work professionally and with restraint. They represent your family with care, including towards your guests.
