Our process for parents

Our Nannies and Family Assistants are close to the private lives of parents and their families. Therefore, a good click is essential.

We take care of the entire selection and screening process for you.

How do we match our Nannies and Family Assistants to families? What does the application process look like? And how are Nannies and Family Assistants screened? Below is a detailed explanation of our work process.

Initial contact & intake

During an introductory phone call we will see what we can do for your family. If you are interested, we will send you our information and terms and conditions by e-mail without any obligation and we will schedule an intake meeting at a time that suits you.

Search and proposals

After confirming the search, we will send CVs to you by email within three weeks including a short description, salary indication and the date when the candidates can start.

Interviews and follow-along

TFA schedules the interviews with the selected candidates. After the interviews, we evaluate together and you indicate which candidates you would like to schedule an interview with. Do you have a definite click with one of the Family Assistants or Nannies? Let's go! Then we will continue the process.

Terms of employment, contract and payment

After agreeing on the cooperation and working conditions, you offer the Family Assistant / Nanny the employment contract. We will assist in drafting this if required.

Once the contract is signed by both parties, we will send the mediation invoice.

Evaluation of cooperation

One week after the start of the contract, we contact you and the Family Assistant/Nanny. We coach where necessary. After 3 weeks, 6 months and after 10 months we have another evaluation moment. In between you can always contact us. We are ready for you!
