Family Assistant | Loenen aan de Vecht

For a warm and active family—a mother with two school-aged children—we are seeking an experienced Family Assistant who can bring calm, structure, and support to a dynamic family environment. This is a long-term position in which you will work closely with the mother but will have the freedom to carry out your duties comfortably and independently. You will play an important role in the family’s daily life. You will work both with the mother in Loenen aan de Vecht and with the father in Breukelen, supporting the children in both family settings. Connection, safety, and a positive approach are central to this family. That is why we are looking for someone who maintains an overview, thinks ahead, and is strong in both practical and organizational skills.

About the Position
As a Family Assistant, you will support the family with daily organization and ensure peace of mind, structure, and continuity within the household. You’ll be a key figure within the family and will be able to switch seamlessly between providing practical support, planning, and caring for the children. The family is looking for someone who can truly be an extension of the mother: proactive, independent, and committed. Someone who thinks along with the family, brings warmth, and feels comfortable in a dynamic family environment where cooperation, trust, and connection are central.
