TFA MASTER CLASSES

Develop with our master classes

During TFA's master class, we will look together at where your learning goals lie. The startup masterclass is done in class on the days determined for this purpose. These days are organized 4 times a year, both in the Netherlands and in Belgium.

The master class is a day-long program in which we delve deeper into applying and shadowing a family, work involved in the Family Assistant profession and the discretion that goes with it. During this day, instructors will teach the following topics: hosting, mindset, etiquette, identity and style.

Cases are used to test where your qualities lie and what learning goals you have.

Before you start at a family, you must have successfully completed and passed the startup master class.

To ensure professionalism and stay up to date on the latest developments in the field, we offer our Family Assistants in-depth master classes. We delve into topics such as etiquette, manners, security offline and online, agenda management, pedagogy and communication.
