WHAT DOES A FAMILY ASSISTANT DO?
A Family Assistant works full-time for one family. She takes care of all the caring, organization and coordination activities and makes sure there is a pleasant environment for you and your family members. She will act as a calm force who looks ahead and is prepared for different situations and circumstances.
A Family Assistant from TFA has a minimum certification (mbo level 4) with proven skills comparable with a Bachelor degree. She has a wealth of experience in organizing and running a family. Through this, she finds the opportunity to further develop and deepen her experience and expertise.
The Family Assistant is a perfect facilitator for your family. Next to this, we find it important that our family assistants continue to develop themselves. Joining and participating in master classes allows them to deliver high quality service from day one in which flexibility, guest orientation and service are hugely important.
